Introduction to kundalini yoga

Sunday, July 12

2-3:30 p.m.

$15

Join Heather Keenan for an introductory workshop to Kundalini Yoga. No prior experience needed. 90 minutes.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness - awareness of your body, awareness of you Higher Self, awareness of your Destiny.

This workshop will explore the fundamentals of this practice.  We will gradually awaken the Kundalini energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine through movement and breath building up to a Kriya—a precise and predetermined set of exercises, breathing techniques, and mantras designed to produce a specific, holistic outcome (like opening the heart, balancing the nervous system, integrating sun energy, etc.).  We will end the workshop with a group meditation to lock in all the goodness together.

Heather has been practicing Kundalini Yoga since 2017 and received her teaching certification in 2019, studying under Ravi Singh.  She believes Kundalini is for everyone and brings a calm and welcoming energy to the practice.  She has witnessed how Kundalini can bring light, truth, and ritual to the people who practice, and she hopes to unlock these benefits for those who practice with her.

Breath & Movement: a subconcious reset

saturday, July 25

2:15-3:45 p.m.

$35

Join us for an immersive in-person experience at Process Yoga designed to help you move beyond the thinking mind and reconnect with your deepest truth.

Through an intentional blend of breathwork, somatic movement, guided journaling, sound, and vocal expression, this experience gently bypasses the conscious mind, allowing access to the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and conditioning that quietly shape our lives. Together, we'll create space to freely release stored emotional energy, regulate and reconnect with the authentic self beneath years of inherited stories, societal expectations, and personal shame.

Rather than forcing transformation, this practice invites you into direct relationship with your inner experience. As sensation, emotion, memory, and awareness arise, you'll be supported in moving through them with curiosity, compassion & freedom. Somatic movement, conscious breathing, sound, and vocalization become pathways for the body to process what words alone often cannot, allowing insight, clarity, and integration to emerge naturally.

This is an opportunity to quiet the mental noise, access the wisdom of the subconscious, and leave feeling more grounded, more present, more clear and aligned with your own truth.
