Our Teachers

  • LeTania Kirkland

LeTania is the Founder of Process Yoga: A Mama, mover and wordsmith and she aims to weave these aspects of her life into her teaching.

She discovered Yoga by way of dance as an undergraduate at UC Berkeley and earned her teacher training at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center in NYC in 2007 while dancing in the city. She has been teaching consistently for 18 years in New York and Los Angeles. Her classes combine creative movement, strength and smart sequencing to offer an opportunity where movement, stillness and Spirit connect.

As a trained journalist, writer and education advocate, she believes that Yoga should be connected to seeking truth and she is always looking for ways to offer that opportunity in her classes.

    Come be challenged and nurtured.

  • Ana María Delgado

Ana María (she/they) first began practicing yoga in 2002, when a dear friend dragged her into a class, and it was love at first breath! Before that class, she had no idea that she could choose to breathe in ways that shifted how she was feeling. In 2009, upon completing a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Cloud Nine Yoga School, Ana began guiding yoga in English & Spanish in her East LA community and surrounding areas. In 2012, Ana completed a 300 hour advanced YTT also with Cloud Nine and then dove deeper into meditation at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health where she was certified to guide Yoga Nidra. Since then, Ana has taught yoga and meditation in various spaces such as hospitals, community & senior centers, as well as in schools and studios. In the Fall of 2019, Ana had the opportunity to participate in a Trauma-Informed Yoga Certification training with Zabie Yamasaki. They often weave dreams and poetry into the nidra journeys to help guide practitioners to their deepest core self.
